For a summer alternative, serve this wine almost frozen or mix it with club soda for a refreshing spritzer. Rhubarb is naturally very tart - we have to add sugar to the juice in order for it to ferment into wine. The natural, tangy acidity in rhubarb keeps this wine refreshing.
