Unoaked Chardonnay

This wine continues to be a favorite, especially in the summer due to its fresh, bright flavor. Chardonnay is fairly neutral in flavor on its own, that is why it is often aged in oak; oak adds richness and flavor. Without oak, you can see the light, crisp, fresh flavors of pure Chardonnay.
